Ingredients
- 8 cups plain popped popcorn
- 1 bag BRACH’S® Tiny Jelly Beans
- 3 ounce per color of pastel candy melts in your choice of colors
- ¼ cup water
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 250 degrees F.
- Put popcorn in a large metal or glass bowl, carefully separating out any unpopped kernels.
- Heat the water and add 1/3 cup total of only red, yellow, orange and white BRACH’S® Tiny Jelly Beans in a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir constantly until the coating has melted off all of the pieces. Strain out the remaining jelly centers, keeping the liquid.
- Allow to cool and then break up into bite size pieces. Store in a closed container.
- Quickly drizzle the melted Jelly Beans coating over the popcorn and stir well until the popcorn is mostly covered by the liquid.
- Spread the candy-coated popcorn on a cookie sheet covered with parchment paper.
- Bake in oven for 15 minutes.
- Spread the remaining Tiny Jelly Beans over the popcorn.
- Melt the pastel candy melts separately in small bowls in the microwave until smooth. Using a fork, quickly drizzle each color over the popcorn and Tiny Jelly Beans.
