Ingredients
- One bag of BRACH’S® Peppermint Crushed Candy Canes
- one box of round butter crackers
- 12 ounces of semi-sweet dipping chocolate (milk, dark or white chocolate works great too!)
Instructions
- Melt chocolate by putting in a microwave safe bowl and heating for 30 seconds. Take out and stir – continue to heat in 15-20 second increments, checking and stirring each time until melted. Do not over heat.
- Using a fork, dip crackers into the chocolate and flip until completely covered. Lift out on fork, shaking gently to remove excess chocolate. Set down on a cookie sheet or tray lined with waxed paper.
- Immediately sprinkle BRACH’S® Peppermint Crushed Candy Canes on the chocolate while the chocolate is still liquid.
- Allow to cool and set either at room temperature or by putting the tray/cookie sheet in the refrigerator.
- Remove from the waxed paper and serve.
